Personally, I thought beans on toast is the best meal I have had this week. I love the way the beans make the toast soggy. I am definitely going to eat beans on toast again. Comment away.

I once made a short documentary on how to make beans on toast as a reaction to all the lame cooking programmes that were coming out -- this was 10 years ago.

Nothing beats 'Get Stuffed' as a cooking programme IMO

beans are a good nutritional meal that provide both caborahydrates and protein which makes it easy to digest. They are a very well balenced meal for low income families. They taste nice and are oragngy red. Eat more beans
